We can do anything. But often, that becomes pressure to do everything. We juggle marriage and family, work and ministry responsibilities until we are overwhelmed and exhausted. And we can’t see a way off the treadmill we find ourselves on.

I write about practical ways to set priorities, simplify your life, learn how to take care of yourself without feeling guilty, and create a life with space for what’s most important. All grounded in biblical principles.

A little about me:

I’ve been married to the love of my life for over 30 years and have three adult children. I was in pastoral ministry for over ten years in a large Baptist church in Brisbane, Australia. But at the end of 2020, hubby and I said goodbye to City life and spent three years in an RV exploring our beautiful country. We now live in an apartment on the seventh floor, filled with plants and pictures of our adventures.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me drinking coffee in a local cafe, walking along the riverfront, trying a new recipe, or planning our next family gathering. In the evening, I’ll be watching a period drama with a knitting or crochet project on my lap.
